This is an amazing dealership! I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for a while. I stopped in and met with Jim Reid at Homestead and looked at a couple of the Jeeps they had on th I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for a while. I stopped in and met with Jim Reid at Homestead and looked at a couple of the Jeeps they had on the lot. I knew I wanted a white one but they did not have one. Jim advised, "no worries we can look for one!" I told him the year, mileage, and price range I had in mind and that I wasn't in a big hurry. A few weeks later Jim called to say they had found my Jeep! I got there late on a Friday night. It was perfect! We had the financing through our bank so we weren't even thinking about that. We met with Finance Manager, Mark Pritchard who advised he could get us a lower rate on our loan than the bank! The money he saved us in interest got me an extended warranty! While there, Jim also advised Jeep had a recall on one of the mirrors and I could bring it back when it was convenient for me, they would give me a car for the day and they would take care of getting the work done. I had 250,000 miles on my current car but was so apprehensive about working with a car dealership I was going to drive it till it dropped! This whole experience was unbelievable! More

Over The Top Service! I had purchased my Jeep Wrangler from Homestead a few weeks back. At the time of purchase I was advised by my salesman, Jim Reid there was a recall on I had purchased my Jeep Wrangler from Homestead a few weeks back. At the time of purchase I was advised by my salesman, Jim Reid there was a recall on one of the mirrors and they would take care of it at my convenience. I went out of town last week and left my car with Bill Carlson, the Manager of the Service Dept. I had just noticed a small chip in my windshield as well. When I got back the recall work had been taken care of and they fixed the chip at their expense. Now I've left my old car for some work to be done and feel very comfortable about the capable hands it is in. With 4 cars now this is going to be our "go to" for all of our service work! Homestead Auto - everyone should check them out I stopped by Homestead Auto, looking at vehicles, but not expecting to go home with one. My husband and mother had passed away within two weeks of ea I stopped by Homestead Auto, looking at vehicles, but not expecting to go home with one. My husband and mother had passed away within two weeks of each other. Due to unexpected expenses and disabling health issues, I had to file bankruptcy. I lost my vehicle, and my home. My daughter and her family asked me to move in with them, and took me wherever I needed to go. I felt a burden to those around me. I was not a prime customer prospect. When I walked into Homestead Auto Sales, everyone was very kind and helpful. I asked if they could pre-qualify me to see if they had anything that I could afford. Salesman Jim Reid immediately started to work to help me in anyway possible. The sales and finance teams found a perfect vehicle for me (due to my disability, it is difficult for me to get in and out of most vehicles). All of the Homestead Auto employees were not only kind and understanding, but very discrete. Mark in finance bent over backwards to come up with a deal that I could afford, and got me a really excellent interest rate. The sales staff made sure that the vehicle was low mileage, looked great, and was in good shape mechanically. I pray that God blesses Homestead Auto and the employees there. The whole staff helped me gain piece of mind and an independence that I didn't feel I would be able to attain at this point in my life.
