Amazing First Experience Had been looking for a certain type of vehicle for a while and finally found exactly what I wanted at Carcity in Des Moines. Kept my eye on it for a f Had been looking for a certain type of vehicle for a while and finally found exactly what I wanted at Carcity in Des Moines. Kept my eye on it for a few weeks then finally checked the availability on it on a Friday morning. David McClannahan contacted me within an hour or two and by 630 or so that night, had given me a quote for my trade in, discussed the vehicle I was interested in, got preapproved for financing and gave me a quote on what payments would be and set up a meeting for the following day 30 minutes before they were supposed to close for a holiday weekend because I couldn't make it any sooner. As soon as I arrived, he met me outside and already had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and look it over. While doing that he took a look at my car and after I got back he patiently waited while my husband (who is a mechanic) looked the car over. When we officially said yes, we went in and signed papers and even though they were already supposed to be closed, David was very patient and answered all my questions. All the numbers were exactly what he quoted for me the day before. When we were done we went outside to switch things over from the old car to the new and I was on my way. Everything went so smoothly, quick, and was just an amazing experience. More
