Great place to buy a car. I bought a Toyata Carolla from Car Choice in January of 2014. My husband had just died and I needed a car. I have not had one problem with this car. This car just keeps going, going going! I used their finance company and everyone was very professional. Paid the car off in August of 2017. Very good experience. More

I will never visit nor purchase another vehicle from here! Please be aware of Maria Vasquez as she has no customer service, no experience, poor professionalism, and lies. I went there to trade in a vehicle and I thought everything went well. Needless to say I was wrong. First, documents about my warranty were never given to me and information was not disclosed and I had to go back to pick up the documents that were supposed to have been given to me that day. They never paid my car off. I finally found out that they didn't when my old finance company contacted me about a payment and I was still charged interest. Maria was slow to take care of it and never took responsibility. I was owed money and it took forever to get. I would call Maria about and she wouldn't follow-up like she needed to. When I finally received the money from the refund that was owed to me, it was not the correct amount and the issue is still currently ongoing over 30+ days later. Bottom line: DON"T WASTER YOUR TIME WITH MARIA! Go to someone more experienced and professional!!!!! More

worst experience ever we went for my daughter to buy her first car,, had an apt with a lady think she was the manager. she applied online and i spoke with lady over phone, we went for my daughter to buy her first car,, had an apt with a lady think she was the manager. she applied online and i spoke with lady over phone, and asked several question being that we were driving an hr to get there didnt want it to be a waisted trip,, told her i her about the 500 down, and no credit or bad credit... she said yes 90percent of our customers get in a vehicle for that or less we have several options we can get her into a good car...... well get there and went in and she said give her a second we go look around for 15min go back in she is on phone and gets someone to help us that couldnt tell us the price of any vehicle.. just wanted to know what we were paying down.... we got the run around for over 2hrs in a hot office and rude people.... they had nice looking cars way over priced but decided they could only get her into 1 for that much down the worst one on the lot..... the one she liked and 02 would be 1500 what a joke... hmmm u work there and are told to help us but took an hr just to get the price of one vehicle... what a terrible first experience... and i went over all of this over phone so she wouldnt have to go threw this... all lies... worst experience ever More

I absolutely thought Jenny did a fantastic job, she was very friendly and quite amiable, I would absolutely recommend her and CarChoice to all of my friends. She was efficient and made me feel comfortab very friendly and quite amiable, I would absolutely recommend her and CarChoice to all of my friends. She was efficient and made me feel comfortable by answering every question I had, and went into great detail about each item that concerned me, regarding costs, taxes, rates, etc. Nothing was left unanswered. My overall experience was wonderful, I never felt pressured, or coerced in any manner or form. I was allowed to ponder and think about the purchase of the vehicle, before making my decision to buy. The car was clean, and was in very good condition. Jenny showed me features inside the car and made sure I knew how to operate and shift the gear stick. I also liked the fact there was a Car Fax in the vehicle and was even allowed to test drive it and take it out to my mechanic. I felt the price of the vehicle was reasonable and appreciated all of the hard work that went into helping me purchase my beautiful car. More
