Amazing used car deal NOT The mailer I got said no money down less than $200 per month and no payment for 90 days. So I call ahead of time and tell them my circumstances which is what their af they could do anyway and ask if they can help me they said "Yes we can help you." So I get there and I get approved for a loan on a car requiring $1,000 down monthly payments of 500.00 no later than 45 days from the date of the contract was signed (today) and 19,000.00 car with 17,000.00 interest. Correct me if I'm wrong but $500 per month for 6 years comes to $36,000 right? It wasn't even close to what I wanted. They were trying to offload a 2010 Mercedes on me. Then they canceled the deal. BUYER BEWARE 1/19/15--Just got pulled over for the 2nd time since November 2014...why? Becasue my tags are STILL REGISTERED TO THE TRUCK I TRADED IN - back in Octo 1/19/15--Just got pulled over for the 2nd time since November 2014...why? Becasue my tags are STILL REGISTERED TO THE TRUCK I TRADED IN - back in October 2014!!! Why is this? Who dropped the ball? Cop told me of I get pulled over again I'll be given a ticket instead of the 2 warnings I've already recieved. Who's going to pay that?? After I was pulled over in November I called Car center but they were no help and basically told me to wait it out because it could take up to 60 days and literally said "the cop doesnt know what he's talking about" I called the DMV and they had no record of the new vehicle and said for me to wait the 60 days and see if car center sends the paper work...well looks like they never did! I regret purchasing a vehicle from Car Center....I'll be calling in the morning and hope this gets resolved ASAP. Buyer beware...quick to take your money...not so quick with following through on their end. Been doing this 50 years my butt. ****UPDATE1/20/15**** Today I went to car center to PICK UP MY NEW TAGS THAT THEY HAVE HAD SINCE NOVEMBER! Since November the folks at this location have been passing over my car tags and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME, not one person noticed that my tags have been sitting there for months. And when I called back in November to tell them I've been pulled over...the fool I talked to should have gotten off his butt and checked to see if tags were there for me, instead in insulted my intelligence and told me that they "have been doing this for 50 years and I just need to be patient." So I've been driving with illegal tags since November. Today the lady told me that she couldn't transfer my tags back in October becasue I had a speeding camera ticket attached to my old tags....did I get a phone call about that??? NOPE. No one called me to say "Hey Cindy, we tried to transfer your tags but couldn't because of this ticket. We are going to order you new tags instead. They should be in soon and when they are we will call you." BUT today she took my old tags and turned them in electronically..no problem, I even got a reciept...why becasue that speed camera ticket has actually been paid since JULY!!! I am beyond disappointed with everyone at car center of Glen Burnie for allowing it to go this long. And can not believe people can be so inconsiderate and incompetent. How many times does a customer have to call you to remedy a situation like this?? Three, the answer is three times. Now I need to call the DMV and my insurance company to be sure I won't have any fines becasue I've been driving with illegal tags and haven't had insurance on these new tags. What a mess! If I have any fines from either the DMV or my insurance company. You better believe car center is paying the bill. HOWEVER, for the inconvenience they did offer to wash my car. I politley declined. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. More

Worst Dealership ever. Do not visit this location. Very unprofessional. I took the car for a test drive and it ran out of gas. I had to put gas in the vehicle to get back Do not visit this location. Also during the test drive the front clip (body molding just below the grill fell off. I had to drive back to the dealership at 10mph with my flashers on. When I looked at the piece that fell off, I noticed that it had been screwed into the fender (not how it should be attached) to hold it onto the vehicle. Very bad experience. More
