We cannot thank Tony Enough! Tony is outstanding! We were looking for a 2015 Mercedes C300 with low miles. We live in Michigan and it was almost impossible to find the car we wa Tony is outstanding! We were looking for a 2015 Mercedes C300 with low miles. We live in Michigan and it was almost impossible to find the car we wanted. We looked at all the car selling websites and made inquiries on a couple. We secured financing through our bank so we could purchase the car when we found it. We saw the car we wanted and called the number for Car Castle. Tony immediately answered and was able to tell me about the car as he walked around it. We purchased the car site unseen. Tony was able to secure financing at a better rate through his connections at Ally then we were able to get through our bank. All paperwork was processed through the mail and Tony had to the car shipped to our home and it arrived the same day. It was an outstandingly smooth process. We felt like we were his only customer. As soon as my wife got in the car she realized it was not the car she wanted at all. We just bought a car online without seeing it and now we are stuck with it. Or so I thought. I called Tony, and without hesitation he said “No Problem.” With the 45 day return policy they would take it back. Tony then went above and beyond. We were even able to keep the car until he found us a new one. Tony asked exactly what my wife was looking for and we gave him our basic requirements. Tony found several C300s that not only matched our requirements but had more options then we asked for at the same price. We picked one and Tony had it for us with in a few days. Tony offered to meet us half way to make the exchange on a Saturday night, but we decided to drive to the dealership 4.5 hours away. It was worth the trip! We were able to inspect the car at the dealership and see all the other outstanding imports that he had. Tony has assured that we will buy our future Mercedes from him. He made the process smooth and impressed us with his customer service. We could not be happier with the whole process. Tony makes sure his customers are happy! More
