People were very friendly Told me of an issue with the exhaust which they fixed I thought there was a problem with the clutch I was told that an employee had benn using the car and had I problems Jon of exhaust which they fixed I thought there was a problem with the clutch I was told that an employee had benn using the car and had I problems Jon offered to write on the sales agreement that they would fix it for free if need be I bought the car It performed perfectly all the way to Watertown I stopped at KFC for carry out supper and when I left, car wouldn’t start Cranked ok but xx that was it Told Jon Jon He couldn’t understand what happened, would have his mechanic call, and if necessary he would tow it and fix it My mechanic came and couldn’t start the car Ended up towing to his station It turned out to be a fuel pump problem New pump didn’t work, so he checked wiring and it was ok Ordered another pump. It works I kept Jon Jon updated thruout the whole process He offered to help with cost I thanked him, but declined I would recommend this dealership any time More

I had a purchase agreement with car castle and when I got there from Ohio they were trying to sell the vehicle to another person saying that person was there first. I was assured the vehicle was safe to dri there from Ohio they were trying to sell the vehicle to another person saying that person was there first. I was assured the vehicle was safe to drive and in good shape, the person in front of me would not even take it out to test drive because the brakes went all the way to the floor, who would knowingly leave a vehicle go out onto the road with little to no brakes ? and as for the good condition of the vehicle well the frame and bottom was seriously rusted out. In all I drove 450 miles there and back to Ohio after being lied to about that vehicle and lost $185 dollar fee for returning the loan I had to return , this is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. Lesson learned for me I will never try to purchase a vehicle that I can't physically see before hand. Use car castle at your own risk More

When you purchase a car from Car Castle you're taking a HUGE gamble on quality. I purchased a car for over $5000 and explicitly asked them "does this car have any mechanical issues"? And they told me it doesn't have any mechanical issues. One month later I found out the car is incapable of being driven on the highway because it has a FAULTY TRANSMISSION that will cost almost $3000 to fix. I know the transmission didn't deteriorate over one month because I don't normally have to drive over 50mph but the instant I actually take the car somewhere that's over 50mph the RPMs stutter and the car jerks, it drives fine below 50mph and that's all of the driving I've done over the past month until recently. I know it has to have had this issue since the day I bought it from their garbage lot. I told the dealership owner Anmol Khindri, (Google his name you'll find some interesting information...) about what's going on with my car because I assumed he has a shred of integrity in what he does for a living and would be willing to help me resolve the issue. Nope, he told me there's literally NOTHING he can do to help me. Literally nothing. They will sell you a faulty car and won't even take a little bit of responsibility for it. They will sell you a dangerous car that could break down any moment. Are you really willing to take that risk? Also they sell all of their cars for $1000 more at the dealership compared to online, in hopes of making bank on people who didn't even see the online price. More
