I cannot WAIT until our leases end! Melissa W Disheartened by this dealership, AGAIN. They made purchasing my husband's vehicle ridiculously hard. The sales manager had to get involve Melissa W Disheartened by this dealership, AGAIN. They made purchasing my husband's vehicle ridiculously hard. The sales manager had to get involved because the lazy salesman didn't care to try and work things out for us. NOW, it's about that time to turn in my ats, as they would waive 4 payments I was at the dealership and spoke AT LENGTH to TJ (our salesman) about my car and picking out a new one. There was one I had my eye on, so in order to be able to waive 4 payments, I had to wait 2 months. No big deal. I WATCHED TJ put me on his calender to call on 4/16. Sadly, that call never came I guess an easy sale isn't what the dealership looks for. Smh... then, we received a letter from TJ, talking about it being that time and he would love to help us pick out a new vehicle. ???? Am I confused? It was as if the LONG conversation we had, never happened. ????I was told he put my name on that car so it wouldn't be sold to anyone else. So, apparently that was a lie? This was an easy, done deal, and they made it clear they don't need or want us as customers. I sent an email to TJ (salesman), Rob Swanson (sales manager) AND Mark Taggart (General manager if the dealership), and no response was even attempted. An apology, acknowledge their mistake maybe? Nope. Silence. This is our 3rd Cadillac from this dealership, so I am just blown away that they clearly don't care if we come back or not. There's absolutely NO WAY I'm going to BEG a dealership to sell me a car I thought TJ was the eager to earn your business type , but I guess not. I had left a glowing review o here for TJ, BUT, have since had it removed. My trust and respect are EARNED, not just given.... sorry. My husband and I sit here scratching our heads... why? If you don't want our business, man up and tell me WHY! We are now looking at other vehicles and contemplating pulling away from Cadillac all together. That's 2 potential sales losses, Keyser. That means nothing to you? Wow.... More
