If you can avoid buying a used car from them I’d suggest it. The sales team will assure you everything will be done to the vehicle to make sure any issues are corrected and if a issue arises they will tell it. Paid premium for a used car only to have the same issues they said they were going to fix before picking up and paying for it come up less then 17 days having the vehicle, they of course said they would pay for the corrections which one was a emissions problem, basically they cleared the codes said it was fixed and since my son only drives to college a couple times a week the engine light came back on for the same issue after now 30days which is all the give on used cars. They didn’t care to listen charged me 1000.00 for the repairs and sent a bag of melted chocolate and a apology letter. Was told the sales manager would call and never did. I have all the paperwork to show this is 100% at there fault but again the customer is not there care only the money. Charged me 400 for a diagnostic fee they said they couldn’t even do also have that documented. This is not a angry customer review to bash them this is a real review and I would not write this unless I know I am 100% correct. Cant say on there new cars this is for again there used car dept. Bought used car and bought extended warranty. Sold the car and they now owe us $1100. rebate on that and have been over 2 months trying to get our money back. Every call they tell me another 2 weeks.
