This was my first time getting serviced, I wasn't sure where to go, bunch of cars in the service area. No people anywhere, no one to greet you. Wasn't sure I was in the right place. Friendly, explained things, I had paid for a maintenance plan. Didn't have the paper work for that but he looked that up for me. I waited over 10 minutes to get my car after I was told they would have some one pull it around. When my car was finally brought to me, the guy grabbed the paper floor mat crinkled it up and quickly walked away as I was trying to ask how to get out. I couldn't pull forward, I had to back up around other vehicles. Another waiting customer offered to assist me. My maintenance work was done August 25th. I have since received two texts stating I still owe. I also received an email the day of my service was complete stating that we're sorry you missed your appointment and call to reschedule. More
