I felt this dealship did a great job on both the sales and service side. We did have one little hiccup with the car needing a module replaced moments after driving off the lot, but they handled the repai and service side. Follow up calls from both sales are service to ensure we were being helped and happy were appreciated. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a nice CPO VW. More

I've purchased a pre-owned car at Capitol Volkswagen with Mr. Juho Hong and I gotta say this was a great experience! We got in touch by phone and we quickly scheduled visits, test drive, and closed the deal in less than 48 hours. Juho and his team assisted me with getting Financing and that was the only part that took a little more work (to validate all the info), but other than that it was super quick. One of the car keys was forgotten at the dealership and he promptly found it and mailed me in the next day. The experience I had buying there is on another league, compared to other dealerships I've spoken with in the bay area. Great job Juho and Capitol VW! More
