Juho and his team assisted me with getting Financing and that was the only part that took a little more work (to validate all the info), but other than that it was super quick. One of the car keys was forgotten at the dealership and he promptly found it and mailed me in the next day. The experience I had buying there is on another league, compared to other dealerships I've spoken with in the bay area. Great job Juho and Capitol VW! More

I brought the car in for a factory emission code covered by the warranty and the tech was extremely rude telling me that there are more problems !! When I tried to ask and get clarification she said I will by the warranty and the tech was extremely rude telling me that there are more problems !! Her skills are none existent, rude , and pure and simple just want you to pay for repairs that VW is court obligated to fix. While I was there I heard a conversation between a technician and a mechanic “ I will feed the costumer anything you want”!! They are dishonest and will never deal with them ever again. Car is only dealership maintained !!! More

Capitol provides a reasonable no nonsense upfront pricing for vehicles, and their finance department was not pushy in after sales products. Their lot management needs some work. I highly recommend you ask for her if you go here. She is one of their top sales people for a good reason. She loves cars and wants to build a relationship with her clients. She is very efficient and helped navigate us through the process. She found rebates for us that we were unaware of, and continues to make sure we are happy with our purchase even after the sale. So if you are going to buy a car from this dealership, then do yourself a favor and ask for Lori. More
