Service isn’t what it used to be I have mixed emotions regarding the dealership and how service is performed. To much is relied on computer reading and sensor lights. If a customer br I have mixed emotions regarding the dealership and how service is performed. To much is relied on computer reading and sensor lights. If a customer brings their vehicle in because a sensor light is on and the customer has complianed about issues in the past one would think the dealership would go above and beyond to check the system not just take the computers diognostic. Many times it’s hard to replete the symptoms but it shouldn’t be just disregarded till it happens again. Proactive approach is more the answer. Not the first time it’s been brought in for the same issue. More

Bait & Switch I called early in the week to confirm they had a 2010 Nissan Rogue that had about 25k miles and was being sold for ~$10.5k They said that they had tha I called early in the week to confirm they had a 2010 Nissan Rogue that had about 25k miles and was being sold for ~$10.5k They said that they had that exact one and had it on hold for me. I drove all the way from Plymouth, MA (1.5hrs away) to see the car. William showed me what I thought was my car, only for him to say that it was a 2014 Rogue being sold for about ~$14k. I told him this wasn't the car that he confirmed for me; he then spent the next ~25mins looking for the car in his system only to tell me that he had no idea where it was. He showed me a Kia Soul+ but of course I didn't end up taking it. Overall it felt like I was baited & switched because William tried to suggest that it may have been his systems being changed over or maybe the search engine I used that was outdated, but that isn't a reason as he had specifically confirmed that he had the 2010 Nissan Rogue I was ready to buy. More
