I didn't plan on actually buying anything, this was to be just a fact finding stop, as my 2004 Caravan has a boatload of miles. (272,000, actually!, No, really, 272,000 miles.) Well, John is the master of the "quiet, low key, let me show you what we have, might be what you need, and at a fair price" old school way of buying a vehicle. Within an hour I was out of there with a date to pick it up on Thursday, on only a hand shake. (And no anxiety attack!) Now my husband will have more time for fishing, not fixing the old lady. Thanks guys! More
Bought my car based on the product, not the dealership First time we walked through we did not get talked to or acknowledged. They made up for it by offering us VIP experience (which we declined). This at least got us to come back to the dealership. Then, showed us what we wanted...nothing more nothing less, which I appreciate. Overall, the dealership could use a positive atmosphere bump to make it seem less quiet, more personable, and more inviting to customers. Overall, Mark Miller was a no non-sense guy that did not try to sell me stuff I did not want or try and convince me one way or another. He let me do my thing which I thought was great! More
Tire rotation gone sideways I had scheduled an oil change and yore rotation. When they began work, it was discovered my lug nuts had corroded to the studs. Steve and Pete arra I had scheduled an oil change and yore rotation. When they began work, it was discovered my lug nuts had corroded to the studs. Steve and Pete arranged for a loaner (brand new minivan) so the techs could take their time removing the lug nuts in an effort to not break the studs or damage the rims. While I was not pleased that my original service tech didn't bring the news after I had been waiting for 90 minutes, Pete and Steve took care of me as they always do. More

Provided specific instructions not to push updates t 2015 WK2 Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD Diesel dropped of for malfunctioning turn signal reset issue. Provided specific instructions not to push updates to either ECU or transmission due to aftermarket tunes; dealer updated BOTH ECU and transmission contrary to specific instructions, significantly impacting trailering/towing performance and incurring roughly $400 in additional cost to re-tune vehicle. Extremely upset and without recourse as dealer denies ECU and transmission updates were performed; updates NOT indicated on final invoice of work. AVOID THIS DEALER at all costs!! More
