Less than forthright This is the second time and vehicle this service department tried to charge me to perform service that was covered under warranty. I can understand on This is the second time and vehicle this service department tried to charge me to perform service that was covered under warranty. I can understand once but twice becomes suspect. This time I was called told what was wrong and told it was about $300.00 to repair. I told the gentleman I had called the original service department and corporate and I had inquired prior to It being serviced that the repair was confirmed covered under warranty. The service person told me the warranty had expired. They told them that was false. They said they would check and call me back. I called and reconfirmed again. Your service department never called me back. I called them and they told me it was under warranty and in the process of being repaired. They stated they made a mistake for the second time. Doubt I will ever return for sales or service again. Which I have done both before. More
