We recently moved to the New London area and our search began for a new Jeep dealership with a great service team. Went to Secor's service department on a Saturday after hours and spoke with Gregory, a service consultant who was still working. He convinced me to give them a shot when a problem arose. Well, a problem did eventually arise and they did a fabulous job fixing the issue. Kayla got us in quickly, the team diagnosed the issue quicker and then fixed it. If this is the kind of service Secor delivers always, it makes our next car purchase a no brainer. Great environment also and I owe them a dozen doughnuts. More

Although I had to leave the car for several days Secor provided me with a nice "loner" and finished the work in less time then originally thought. Since it was close to the holidays I thought there might be a delay but NO problem. I've had my car(s) serviced at Secor's for many years and have always found the service to be professional and as they explained it. I knew there was something very wrong with the under carriage and not something I wanted to trust to a local mechanic. If this was major, I wanted trained MOPAR technicians working on it. The problem turned out to the the CV joint. I was previously told (different mechanic) the whole transfer case would need to be changed (a lot more money and invasive than a CV joint). I was pleased the technicians at Secor found the issue to be a bad CV joint and repaired it within a couple hours. The professional phone call with Steven and being able to have a service center open on a SATURDAY helped with getting my old man back on the road. We're heading for 300K miles and much more. More

I had to go back to Boston and Providence for work, but the dealership was incredibly accommodating and had a driver deliver my truck to me in Providence. It was fantastic. We were in the Mystic Ct. area, the first dealer we found was Valenti Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I went into the service department and spoke with an advisor, explained we were driving from Boston to Philadelphia with our 3 young boys to pick up horses to bring home to western Pa. and we needed our truck looked at as soon as possible. The advisor spoke with his manager and basically told us no! We were stunned, I happened to call Secor service department and spoke with Steven, told him our situation and without hesitation he said bring it down. Within an hour they had it diagnosed and the parts ordered for a next day repair! The difference in those two dealerships was night and day, if we lived in that area I’d use them exclusively. More
