Went to Secor's service department on a Saturday after hours and spoke with Gregory, a service consultant who was still working. He convinced me to give them a shot when a problem arose. Well, a problem did eventually arise and they did a fabulous job fixing the issue. Kayla got us in quickly, the team diagnosed the issue quicker and then fixed it. If this is the kind of service Secor delivers always, it makes our next car purchase a no brainer. Great environment also and I owe them a dozen doughnuts. More

I knew there was something very wrong with the under carriage and not something I wanted to trust to a local mechanic. If this was major, I wanted trained MOPAR technicians working on it. The problem turned out to the the CV joint. I was previously told (different mechanic) the whole transfer case would need to be changed (a lot more money and invasive than a CV joint). I was pleased the technicians at Secor found the issue to be a bad CV joint and repaired it within a couple hours. The professional phone call with Steven and being able to have a service center open on a SATURDAY helped with getting my old man back on the road. We're heading for 300K miles and much more. More
