I purchased a 2021 80th Anniversary Addition Jeep Gladiator. The entire process was very smooth. John McCarthy picked me up at the terminal and spent a lot of time with me ordering the vehicle making sure I received ever option and benefit Jeep had to offer. When it came time for delivery Mark Miller spent a lot of his time going over the vehicle and made sure I was taking advantage of all the options on my new Gladiator. He knew the vehicle top to bottom. This is the second Jeep I've purchased from them and would highly recommend Secor Jeep to anyone. I purchased a new 2019 Ram Bighorn a few months ago and have about 1400 miles on it. One morning it failed to start, completely dead so I figured stayed on and drained the battery, but I noticed that the i have about 1400 miles on it. One morning it failed to start, completely dead so I figured stayed on and drained the battery, but I noticed that the interior lights were on.,at any rate I put a charger on it for several hours but there was no change, I then called Seacor and informed them that I was having it towed to them. After arriving at the dealership they jumped right on it, it seemed to be something that they had not encountered before, through there diagnosis they found that the RF Hub had shorted out. They were able to get the truck back to me within a couple days days which I found to be a very good turn around and they even sent someone to pick me up as I did not have transportation. I rate them to be a top notch dealership, but I am not so confindent in the truck at this point in time. More
