We were treated with complete disrespect and our concerns were not taken into consideration. My appointment was at 9:30, I arrived on time and was told it would be an hour before they got my car in. I asked why that would be if I had an appointment and they said that is a check in time and offered us a ride somewhere. I was never told I would need to drop my car off. I asked them to redo a software update that I believe caused the issue and they wouldn’t do it because everything was up to date. Definitely not impressed with the service. More

I had an oil change and tire rotation and the lug nuts on one tire were not tighten. I was driving on route 95 and the car was shaking. Had to go back to your service department to get it fixed. I was ver one tire were not tighten. I was driving on route 95 and the car was shaking. Had to go back to your service department to get it fixed. I was very lucky that tire did not come off on route 95. I used the department for quality service and not tightening lug nuts should have not happen. More

While the problem to my car was hard to find the problem has not been resolved.The service dept. Laura and John were patient accommodating, honest, swift, and no xxxxxxxx types. John got the ppwk done. Laura tended to my car and plates so I could drive it home for the weekend.
