The car I purchased my mom was paid in full and she is a Maryland resident. She went to the MVA and found that the dealership was supposed to provide 60 day tags rather than 30 day since she is Maryland. And also found that the car wasn’t in their system yet and that she needed the title to register the car in Maryland. She called the dealership to find the status and why it hadn’t been sent yet and they told her it was sitting on their desk and they’d take care of it right away (around the 20th day). The tags expire Monday and my my mom called yesterday (2/28) to ask the status of the title and was lectured that was should’ve gotten a name for who she spoke with before and then asked who she was speaking with for that call and the Title Department hung up on her!!! She called back Again and asked for a manager, who still seemed uninterested but said they’d try and overnight the tags and hopefully they’ll make it in time (this was Friday after 5pm) so we’ll see. I want people to know that this dealer only has high reviews because they repeatedly request of it you when sign for the car. The reason they were previously ranked higher by me is because my mom was excited about the car, not particularly the service. Now my mom runs the risk of her car being towed in her neighborhood if she doesn’t get the title by Monday (3/4) and rush to the MVA before her tags expire on 3/4 smh. Potential Buyer Beware. Plus there’s plenty of competition within a mile, go somewhere else. More

They were rude, never treated me like valued customer, and acted like they did me a huge favor by selling me a car. When all the paperwork was signed they handed me the keys and said bye. Never once did anyone show me any features or anything with the vehicle. Upon leaving I looked in the back window and noticed that the third row seat that was listed on the add, was no even in the car and when I inquired about it they treated me like they were doing me a favor buy paying to have it shipped and that the listing was not supposed to say that it was included. I've had several issues since then in dealing with this dealership and I even called and talked to the owner and he assured me he would take care of me and help make me satisfied and it's been a week and I've heard nothing. They are a bunch of men who know nothing about customer service. Do not buy from them!!!! More
