HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I do NOT recommend doing ANY business with this place. They do and say anything to get a sale, then once you think it is all finalized and they have y I do NOT recommend doing ANY business with this place. They do and say anything to get a sale, then once you think it is all finalized and they have you sign your vehicle over to them, they inform you that the process has not been approved through the bank yet and it takes a while for that process to be approved... At one point when I found out that the deal was not approved yet through the bank, I said that if this falls through after you told me it was approved I want my truck back. The owner argued with me and then finally stated that they would hold my truck until i spoke with the bank, i asked for this to be in writing and he refused to do so but had the courage to ask me to write a positive review of the company...... The check engine light came on in the new car I bought and I was told that the part to correct the problem was ordered from Ford and about 3 weeks later i had asked about the status of the part and they told me that they informed me that they canceled the part since they had to put so much work into my truck, stating that there was engine noise (i know for a fact there wasn't anything wrong with my truck). I wouldn't have bought the car if i knew they weren't going to fix the problem. They constantly made promises that they didn't commit to. At one time I had told them i didn't want the car to give me the title of my truck back and i wanted to leave, they had already processed my truck to transfer the truck out of my name (They got the title the night before since i had taken the new car home with me) this was way before we had ANY agreement of purchasing the new car. Buying a new car is suppose to be a fun experience and this has been the worst car buying experience of my life. I was very skeptical buying from a place like that and should have bought from a Dealership. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CAPITOL MOTORS More

Huge scam! Do not buy from this dealership!!!! I purchased a car from them a year and half ago and was lied too by Sam about the history of it, after asking spec Do not buy from this dealership!!!! I purchased a car from them a year and half ago and was lied too by Sam about the history of it, after asking specifically if it had ever been in any accident and if the title was clean...obviously things were altered (completely illegal!) Including on their vehicle history report they showed me, the vehicle had been totalled previously and has a salvage title, I only found this out after almost paying it off and trading it into another dealership...i will be pursuing charges for the money I spent on a vehicle that should have been in the junk yard to begin with!!! More

If you dont mind risking your life get a vehicle from here...... Also id like to know who does there inspections clearly someone is being paid off... Because whoever does there inspections needs to get there liscense to inspect revoked More
