I have had a good experience with this dealership. I knew what car I wanted since I did some research and the pricing of the car was very clear since it is online, so did not go there to negotiate. I had to wait more than I would have wanted until all the paperwork was done, but got an aceptable loan rate. During the first maintenance service there was a problem, I was not happy with that, but I was called back to bring the car and they fixed it promptly. I am thankful that I have a nice Mitsubishi car that runs as expected and that I can trust them to fix any problems promptly. More

worst experience ever! I have been looking for a truck for the last few months to carry my dirtbike. I stopped by this dealer to see about a lifted truck they had on the lot. The salesman saw my cadlilac that I pulled up in and asked right away if I was trading it in. I said no, and asked if I could test drive the truck I saw. We went for a test drive and he didn't say one word to me or my wife. When we got back he said what do you think? I said well maybe something with not so big of tires as the road noise was a bit much. He ok thank you and have a nice day. Got in the truck closed the door and left me and my wife hanging. He proceeded to put the truck back. xxx? No help in looking at anothe truck, no let's try another vehicle, nothing straight closed the door in my face. My wife got mad and knocked on the window and asked if he was always this rude? He said we could leave the lot. My wife asked for his name and he said he didnt have one, then proceeded to make made one up. He said Johhny? My wife went in to ask for the manager the salesman came in sidea and said we could leave the lot now and to have a nice day?! Is this how they treat buying customer? Imagine if you had a problem with your car? Don't buy here the customer service is horrible!!!!! More
Went to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately I had to return home to retrieve my method of payment for the down payment. Within 30 minutes, the dealership stated that they had sold the Outlander that th return home to retrieve my method of payment for the down payment. Within 30 minutes, the dealership stated that they had sold the Outlander that they had gotten loan approval for. What crooks. I settled for a lesser model, but now wished that I hadn't. I will never return to this dealership again. More
Unwilling to help, not friendly, short and verbose, made no attempt what so ever to inquire as to my situation.. Immediatly pushed bring it in I need my tech. I needed help seeking a way to limp my vehicle to service, I got none. There is no way I would EVER pay to have my vehicle towed to Capitol Mistubishi the way they handle thier customers, much less pay them to touch my 3000GT. More
Where to start? The sales environment is extremely high pressure and they WILL NOT negotiate on pricing. We took the vehicle to my mechanic a week or so after purchase because of a rough idle, it turned ou pressure and they WILL NOT negotiate on pricing. We took the vehicle to my mechanic a week or so after purchase because of a rough idle, it turned out it had bent valves. My mechanic tried to work through SGI by Mercury Insurance that backed the warranty Capitol Mitsubishi sold us. The warranty company told us they would not cover this repair or even the car itself, funny how the dealership never mentioned anything. The warranty people said because the car had a few aftermarket modifications (Intake and exhuast, which hardly affect anything) they would not cover it because of the "pre-existing condition" clause, but isn't a used car a pre-existing condition? In the end the insurance company refunded the policy and Capitol Mitsubishi did nothing. Both Capitol Mitsubishi and SGI are crooks. Do not buy anything from them. More
My wife and I bought a car from this dealership and it has broken down over 10 times in six months. Capitol Mit, has been nothing but a headache.. we requested within the first week they take the car back has broken down over 10 times in six months. Capitol Mit, has been nothing but a headache.. we requested within the first week they take the car back because the entire electrical system shorted out... Upon trying to trade the vehicle in to get rid out it we found that it had been in a major accident, This was a question that I specifically asked about and was told by the gm no less it was perfect.... My advice to you is they are crooks take the time and go to a different dealership.. More
High pressure and a lot of sneaky maneuvering. They will pressure you as much as possible to buy a car. Imagine calmly wading into a river, then being mobbed by a swarm of piranhas.
