I highly recommend this dealership. They are friendly from the time I showed interest in a Kia Forte up to several days I have driven the car home, I still got calls saying "Thank you" and "Is there anyt from the time I showed interest in a Kia Forte up to several days I have driven the car home, I still got calls saying "Thank you" and "Is there anything else I can help you with your new purchase"?. They have a great customer service and they really know how to treat their customers right. One of them even went out of his way to brew fresh coffee when he noticed I was trying to get one and it was empty. He anticipated what the customer needs. Great people! More

My seller Greg was an exemplary example of an person that was truly committed start to finish to my satisfaction.From the beginning of our interactions in email, he was totally polite and considerate, had a was truly committed start to finish to my satisfaction.From the beginning of our interactions in email, he was totally polite and considerate, had a good sense of humor, and was never the slightest bit pushy. I found him to have great follow through,always doing what he said he would and then some.He was knowledgeable about the product, and super willing to converse-sometimes going back and forth for as many as 10-15 emails or all in one day! When I mentioned that I would not be able to get to the dealership for a week or so, he let me know that the vehicle could be delivered to me if I so chose. This did take place, and with just a half an hour of thorough and caring walk through of the product and paperwork, the deal was done and I was happy as could be.
