Had an appointment for 9:20am. These guys called me at 2:00 pm hadn't done any work with a 1000 dollar estimate to change seat cushions. I arrived at 8 for a service appointment only to be told that techs don't arrive until 9. I have an issue with my 360 camera that the image became distorted and misaligned, however the service advisor that techs don't arrive until 9. It took 6 months to get replacement for defective door. I had to personally visit dealer multiple times to make sure I was on the list to get a door and they had lost my info (on a recall Ford sent out) mu I had to personally visit dealer multiple times to make sure I was on the list to get a door and they had lost my info (on a recall Ford sent out) multiple times. When the door was finally available and they didn't lose my info, I scheduled appointment a month in advance & left car for a week. They didn't fix it because list of approved installers changed (meanwhile I'd spent over $100 on airport shuttles, for which they wouldn't reimburse). So I had to reschedule another month later and left it for 11 days. They didn't have it ready even after 11 days (with another $125 in airport shuttle fees) and I had to hound them for 2 hours to pick it up because they kept forgetting to get it. Nice enough people but really asleep on the job. Issue is finally fixed, so I gave 2 stars, but entire process was amateur hour for nearly 9 months More
