I was looking for a 4 door bronco so i thought i would go to the dealership closest to my house since i live in Espanola. The only reason it wasnt a waste of time was because i was halfway to Albuquerque whe to the dealership closest to my house since i live in Espanola. They only had one bronco like i wanted even though the website says they have more. i guess those are still on the truck to the dealership or something. Anyways the dealership in Albuquerque had way more broncos. i found what i wanted, it was a used one with barely any miles and i saved a ton of money. The people were nice at capitol Ford, but they just dont have enough cars. More

Visited Capitol Ford in Santa Fe for a routine service and was deeply disappointed. Despite an appointment, the service took all day, far beyond the promised time frame. Worse, there was zero communicatio and was deeply disappointed. Despite an appointment, the service took all day, far beyond the promised time frame. Worse, there was zero communication from the staff; no updates, no callbacks, nothing. This lack of transparency and efficiency is not what I expected from a Ford dealership. Future customers, insist on clear communication upfront. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in their service quality. More
