I told them that there is a dealership close to my house but I choose to come to Inskeep because of the pleasantness of the employees. Outstanding This dealership is the best! We have purchased & leased cars from them for years. My daughter leased her Fusion from them and even though she now live This dealership is the best! We have purchased & leased cars from them for years. My daughter leased her Fusion from them and even though she now lives in MI, she brings it back here to have Inskeep take care of things. We now drive Liincolns and we don't take them anywhere but to Inskeep for any service/maintenance. This visit was for a warranty problem and Jeremy and his crew went above and beyond for us. They always do and we will continue to use them for as long as they are around! They always treat us with respect and makes any/every visit an enjoyable one!! More
Body Shop did an Amazing job! Holly was amazing! My first time having to deal with insurance due to an accident. She took me through the process and made everything work smooth. My Holly was amazing! My stress level was high enough already. lol My Mustang "Irene" was repaired to good as new condition! The paint and body lines are perfect. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and smiling. I had my car back within a week. I will use them for servicing, purchasing or repairs and recommend you give them a look! A huge thanks for taking care of Irene for me! Not friendly Had been hit by a semi so was refered to Inskeep for service. Picked my car up on the 10th after 3 weeks in shop. Noticed my rear window was off and a Had been hit by a semi so was refered to Inskeep for service. Picked my car up on the 10th after 3 weeks in shop. Noticed my rear window was off and about a 2 in gap on driver side so my husband called the next Monday, manger was out all week and would call me following monday. No call following Monday so called Tuesday no return call. Called Wednesday said to bring it in, did right away. Comes out looks and said everything is fine.no it's not because it wasn't like that before. With the weight of snow, ice, hand hail it will eventually give and shatter. Call my husband while manager is out there and husband said we would take for 2nd opinion and if said there was issue we would either bring it back Nd give them the chance to fix it or have it fixed elsewhere and they would receive bill. Relay back to manger and the conversation is done, I get in my car shut the door and start it. The manager OPENS my door bends down to my eye level and begins to talk. He SHOULD have tapped my window to alert me he had something to say. I'm offended and don't know what to say. Door still open I roll my window down and shut my door, he was apparently TOO close and I barely clipped his ear and he walked away. Nervous and shaking I call husband right away to tell him what this man just did. He tells me to leave immediately and called the owner. Who long story short is just as bad as manager of service and pretty much told my husband he didn't care what happened. I go to polic to file a report on intimidation because he clearly over stepped his boundaries. Cop followed me to dealership, and speaks to owner who now all of sudden has a totally different attitude then he did with my husband. Cop said normally happens when they get involved. We will NEVER be back as Lon as the current manager is there. Very rude and disrespectful human being. More
Customer focused service! I was having a problem with the ABS warning light coming on inadvertently in my Lincoln MKX. After many attempts to fix the problem at other dealers I was having a problem with the ABS warning light coming on inadvertently in my Lincoln MKX. After many attempts to fix the problem at other dealerships, I was finally told to go to the nearest Ford dealer while the warning light was on. As I was driving to Greenfield today the warning light came on. I drove in to the Inskeeper service department without an appointment. Jeremy Pike, the service manager was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, assessed the problem, worked quickly to come up with a solution that was considerate of other people's appointments while helping me get the service needed. My vehicle is fixed because the service department was willing to "go the extra mile" to help me. If you are looking for friendly, customer focused service, this is the place for you. I certainly will be going back there! More
