I only interacted with Gary from Maintenance, but everything was beyond expectations. Worse customer service and wouldn't recommend anyone going here to get a vehicle fixed. They have had our jeep for a few weeks trying to figure out an issue. They finally found it is leaking from the he going here to get a vehicle fixed. They have had our jeep for a few weeks trying to figure out an issue. They finally found it is leaking from the headgasket which they replaced along with a new head last year. So they take it apart and now realize they stripped all the head bolts out and that's what caused it to leak so now instead of taking care of it and admitting they messed up they want to put it under the warranty of the vehicle which will take a few weeks to figure out from what they are telling us. Every time we go to get information we get different answers from every person there. They have zero communication with eachother. Absolute worse place I've ever had to deal with. Seems as ever since they sold out to Gates I've heard nothing but problems from them. Wouldnt recommend anyone going there just save yourself the headache More
