Gary and Ed helped me out of a tight spot, getting the needed part on a Friday. At 10 minutes before closing. They then saw that the part was installed Saturday morning. Dealership was good. I purchased a used Ram. Upon delivery, I had issue with mirror not working but didn't realize it until I got home about 75 minutes away. Also had spr I purchased a used Ram. Upon delivery, I had issue with mirror not working but didn't realize it until I got home about 75 minutes away. Also had spray in bed liner installed, that didn't seem to stick to bed. I had to drive back 75 minutes for them to look at the issues, then wait 2 weeks for parts to come in. I went back up again and worked with Gary for the mirror and everyone in collision dept. to redo the spray in bed liner. They supplied loaner car. Bed liner seems to be done correctly this time. That being said they were great but they're too far away from me to purchase used car. They stood behind their work. More
