DO NOT, I Repeat DO NOT go to Capitol Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Willimantic, CT! What an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. The only smooth part was the actual purchase. However within days of pulling off their lot there has been nothing but issues. The A/C doesn’t work, they never did an Inspection, the car jumps when you put it into reverse and one of the speakers is blown. Called and spoke to Service, they said “That’s not up to us, you need to talk to the manager Al.” Talked to Al and he says “Cars have issues, this isn’t my responsibility. Fix it if you want, or don’t, doesn’t affect me either way. But we’re not covering it.” What kind of customer service is that!? I’m mind blown. Was planning to buy my daughter her 1st car in a year, bet your xxx it won’t be here! More

I came to Capitol Jeep based upon their ratings here and other dealership review sites after a horrible experience where I bought my Certified Jeep from after a problem occurred. My initial phone call was promptly picked and I was asked how my call could be directed. Service promptly picked up and after a short discussion about my issue an appointment was made. Gary soon followed up and we again discussed the issue and the paperwork I had for the vehicle and he told me how it would proceede and promised updates would given. The next update I got, Gary told me that the Costguard coverage I had purchased from the other dealership would be covering the repairs. Gary contacted me regularly to give me updates while my vehicle was there. Excellent communication. I waited a bit longer to give my review of Capitol, Gary assured me the vehicle was repaired so I tried to make the problem happen, it didn't so I believe he's right. Excellent communication with regular updates, I am totally satisfied with my experience here. I have no problem driving the extra distance to a dealership that has my trust. I'm one of those people to let others know of my bad experiences to try and save them the headaches that I had and want to make sure to let them know my good experiences. This is a good one and would have no reservations to recommend Capitol Jeep and their service department. More
