Jimmy was a very friendly and talkative man. Very eager to please. Could have been more prepared for the sail when we came to pick up the truck. Had a 1730 appointment and had to wait for sales manager to to please. Could have been more prepared for the sail when we came to pick up the truck. Truck was not fully detailed was fully cleaned externally. They do do a great job on cleaning the interior and fixing the dent in the left fender. My salesperson Nick Goodwin was great, knowledgeable about the product, answered all of my questions I had and made me feel comfortable with the wrangler. Capitol not only helped me purchase a new car, but also helped me terminate my current lease to get into a car that I loved. I can't say any better about Capitol Jeep, but I highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be sending my friends and family to see Nick Goodwin for a new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or RAM. I never felt pressured or intimidated as some "pushy" sales people make you feel. Answered all of my questions genuinely. After an agreement was reached, they bought lunch for us while we waited for the car to be detailed and inspected, which during found an issue with the AC. We left the car there to be fixed. It took a bit longer to get the car registered due to aome snafu's, but Greg had it overnighted as promised. I would say the only thing that could be an opportunity would be the washing and detailing of the car. There were spots inside of the car that were missed, dirt was caked in some corner areas in the vents and consoles and you could see some other fastly done work in other areas. Other than that, they were great to work with.****updated 10/24/19 So I have been waiting for the dealership to keep good on their word by ordering the spare tire tools that were not with the vehicle. Mike Breen our salesman, said he would order one as it is a safety requirement. Still waiting for it. I have emailed and called to follow up, with no response. Such a shame to have to change the reviews on this delaership, but if you give your word, you should make good on it. I will change my review if the dealership will make good on their promise. More
