Jimmy was a very friendly and talkative man. Very eager to please. Could have been more prepared for the sail when we came to pick up the truck. Had a 1730 appointment and had to wait for sales manager to to please. Could have been more prepared for the sail when we came to pick up the truck. Truck was not fully detailed was fully cleaned externally. They do do a great job on cleaning the interior and fixing the dent in the left fender.
