Would not recommend I purchased a used vehicle 6weeks ago. Thus far, the vehicle itself is great. To purchase here, though, be prepared to haggle, do your homework. I wasn't thrilled to have the keys to my trade-in vehicle held hostage while the negotiations were in progress; I had to ask twice to get them back. Also, the vehicle only came with one key. I was told because it contained a chip, the dealership could make a new one for approximately $300 (but not for 5weeks); I had one made at another dealership for $70. I was kind of surprised that they were okay with selling me a vehicle with only one key. My partner has purchased three vehicles there previously and was promised a 'referral reward' of $100 for referring me to the dealership. As I said, I bought my vehicle 6weeks ago and have yet to see this 'reward', despite contacting the dealership twice (in writing and on the phone). This is not my first vehicle purchase, I have had much better experiences elsewhere and would recommend anyone to look elsewhere also. More

I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership, I was constantly lied to through the entire process during and after. I was told my credit would not be run more than 3 times, it was ran 8 times. I I was constantly lied to through the entire process during and after. I was told I would drive my car home that same day, I didn’t drive it home til 3 days after, I was told I would have the plates from the RMV, the latest 3 days after the vehicle was purchased. A week and a half went by and I got a call saying my plates were at the dealership ready for me, I drove 45 minutes, and was told they were not there. I was asked multiple times for the same documentation to process the registration of my vehicle, overall this place will do anything to make a sale, lie about everything to make you happy, and the staff has a huge issue with communicating with each other. I will never come back here, nor recommend anyone come here to purchase a vehicle. More
