I was lucky to find a used Jeep Wrangler with all the options I wanted. It was advertised with a premium sunrider soft top and hard top. I bought it after the test drive. The soft top was in the back wit options I wanted. It was advertised with a premium sunrider soft top and hard top. I bought it after the test drive. The soft top was in the back with the seats folded down.“ There’s the other top” the salesman says. After getting home, I got it out of the Jeep to see what was involved in putting it on. After a few YouTube videos, I started laying out all the parts. This is when I realized I was missing more parts than I need for the installation. Oh ya, the top ,(which had a hole in it), itself was missing the back & both side windows. After 4 weeks of phone calls to the salesman,(no return calls), my wife finally went to the dealership demanding to speak with management. The said they were unaware of the issue. 4 weeks! ? I brought the top & Jeep to the dealership 20 minutes later. They said to leave it and they would put a soft top on it. Give us 2 days, we have an expert in installing tops. 3 days go by. I finally call to find out what’s going on. Oh, your salesman didn’t call you, it’s been ready. xxx! When I picked it up, I received a lesser quality dirty top with scratches on the windows. xxx! I love the Jeep, but will never buy anything from this dealership again. Never mind the issues with the bank financing and registration. More
