BUYER BEWARE…..I hate to even write this kind of review as I am not that type of person. I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento from this dealership back in march of 2020.Shortly ( two weeks ) after I bought this as I am not that type of person. I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento from this dealership back in march of 2020.Shortly ( two weeks ) after I bought this vehicle I noticed it sounded like the transmission was slipping I brought the vehicle in for inspection I was assured it was just the way I drove as the new systems pick up how a person drives I guess ….the slipping continued brought it in again and I noticed all tires were different and since my vehicle is an awd vehicle that may have contributed to my transmission problems . I brought it to Columbia Kia and they told me I needed a new transmission how is this even possible .
