Bought a new Ram from this dealership. Settled on a price and a value for my trade and agreed to purchase. Then they told me the truck had been VIN etched and I would have to pay another $ Settled on a price and a value for my trade and agreed to purchase. Then they told me the truck had been VIN etched and I would have to pay another $200. When I got home I looked at the glass and it had not been VIN etched. After battling with them they finally gave back my money. Then they told me they had to charge me $400 to register the truck,and if it was less they would refund the difference. They registered the truck and sent me the registration but no check for the difference also no receipt from the dmv. I called them up and they said they would send a copy of the receipt.Three weeks later no check and no receipt. I went to the dmv and they gave me the receipt and it turned out I had overpaid by almost $300. I called them up and they said they owed me the money and they would send a check. 2 weeks later they are basically saying the check is in the mail. I don't think I'll see it at this point so I have been in touch with the attorney general, hopefully they can help. Stay away from these people, they are crooks, plain and simple More

Emily was gracious, courteous, aware of both sides of the coin (buyer and seller;) therefore, resourceful. Also, Emily's coworkers and management were available so that all questions found answer, efficiently--at Capitol I saw teamwork at best. Sometime later, I drove off on new my Gladiator with the certanty I had just had a solid, buying experience. Thank you. I'm happy with the Jeep. More

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan rouge , and I’m so pleased . The fastest car service I’ve ever had I thought the process was going to be long and disappointing, but I was wrong those gentlemen helped pleased .
