Untrustworthy This place is a scam! They use false advertising to make the sale then rush you through the signing process to make a quick buck. Derrick Evans and hi This place is a scam! They use false advertising to make the sale then rush you through the signing process to make a quick buck. Derrick Evans and his associates work together to take advantage of customers. We agreed to pay an online purchase price of 12,000, which Derrick confirmed before contract signing, but then we were charged an additional 5,000 because they decided to change the price as the contract papers were printing. Derrick admitted the error was their fault (most the "internet department") but refused to adjust the price to 12,000 even though the online price of 12,000 was posted on several different websites. Don't trust anything they say! They could care less about their customers or the effect of their illegal deals on hard working Americans. They also added over 400 for life insurance for my family without our consent--- Who does that?! Run the other way and don't trust con-artist like Derrick Evans More

Brought it in at 0815hrs service tech Matt, set me up with ride home and called me at 4pm to say it's ready! Only close call was normal shuttle driver Manny goes home at 4pm. I thought this would be a problem for someone to pick me up. However Matt made it happen arrived at dealership around 545 pm and payed my bill and tech, Jim and Matt made sure my problems were repaired to my satisfaction.
