BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE It would be true to say, that in the past, I've been very skeptical about dealing with dealerships when it comes to service. However, since purchasing a vehicle from Capitol Chevrolet, I must admit that my opinions have changed in this regard. Each time that I've gone for service, whether for scheduled maintenance or unplanned repairs, the visit has been a very good experience. My visits have been met with a very pleasant staff, a great customer service waiting area and great service. Specifically, the service given to me by Mr. Danny Head is always "on point". I don't know if he's my vehicle's representative, but I certainly ensure I look for him whenever I visited and each time he tells me to let him know if I have any problems/issues. All it took was his initial handling of my issues and from that point on I always looked forward dealing with him, if I needed service. Always smiling, always eager to help and always made me feel as though I was "his" customer. Even kept me aware of the progress of repair(s).
