Scandal My a/c wasn't working. Took it in to be served. Christopher Kynard stated that after doing a diagnosis, my compressor was bad and needed to be replace My a/c wasn't working. Took my vehicle back in the Christopher Kynard wanted to swindle me out of another $1900 to service my a/c. I asked for the service manager Jody Elmore, very poor customer service and didn't help my situation. I explained to him that Christopher neglected to tell me the full diagnosis of my a/c issue and had me to pay $1682.46 for a service that didn't resolve a/c problem. I was swindle out of nearly $1700 and my a/c still isn't working!!! I went on to share my complaint to Vickie Comer at the Corporate office. She only recommend that I get the additional service done and she would try to get them to work with me. CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THIS HAS BEEN OF GREAT HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS TO ME, AFTER PURCHASING 4 VEHICLES FROM CAPITOL CHEVROLET AND RECEIVED SUCH POOR SERVICE. More

Excellent Service from Capitol Chevrolet I had taken my car to another repair shop and had not gotten satisfactory results. I decided to take it to Capitol Chevrolet because I had taken it th I had taken my car to another repair shop and had not gotten satisfactory results. I decided to take it to Capitol Chevrolet because I had taken it there while the car was under warranty and had always been pleased with the results. I called before I went to see if I needed an appointment. Rob Kimbrell answered my call. I explained the situation. Rob answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He told me to ask for him when I went. When I arrived, he met me, checked my car, asked questions about the car which enabled him to decide what type of service my car needed and told me about items that needed to have been done which I had not realized. He was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. On subsequent visits, he has continued to be very helpful. On my last visit, he was busy with another customer when I arrived. Instead of making me wait for my car and pay the bill, Brian and Danny helped me do that until Rob completed his helping the other customers who were active military. After Rob completed his helping the other customers, he talked with me and showed me that everything I had asked to be repaired was working well. I was pleased with the service and the friendliness of all the personnel and plan to return there for future car repairs. More
