I bought my 2015 Chevy Malibu LS from Parnell about a little over a month ago and I must say the entire sales experience was a pleasure. He is so sweet and friendly. He worked so hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I had to bring my car in for service and luckily Andrae and Willie were equally as awesome!! Both were so nice and personable as well. Andrae went above and beyond to correct a pricing snafu. He made sure I left a happy customer. And Willie (what a sweetheart!). He even gave my car a quick wash before leaving so I didn't have to go by the car wash. I just love the customer service here and will absolutely recommend them to any and everyone!! More

Nice crew Had to have a new tire purchased for my car due to no spare being equipped with the 2014 Malibu. Just wish I would have been informed at time of purchase that it doesn't include a spare. Its very inconvenient when you have a flat that cant be repaired by the provided sealant and compressor.
