I would like to commend this young man for his professionalism, his humoristic character, his persona of patience, his attentiveness to detail and his profound embodiment of knowledge that allowed me a relaxed assurance that my automobile would be taken care of. Mr. Jiles's displayed a unique personality that exuded respect and encompassed a genuine sincerity for customer satisfaction. A determining factor whenever I enter a business is CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is a contigent factor as to whether I will return to that business. The cost of the service is taken into consideration, but is not indicative of establishing an ongoing customer relationship. I would like to say Thank You Mr. Jiles and Capitol Chevrolet for making all of visits prossional, yet personal. Customer service was excellent! I was quoted a specific price overnthe phone by one person and when I got there a different person quoted a higher price. Impressed Once Again! I recently visited Capitol Chevrolet Service Department and they once again impressed me tremendously! I have always been a real anal car guy and alw I recently visited Capitol Chevrolet Service Department and they once again impressed me tremendously! I have always been a real anal car guy and always had issues with my service department until I discovered Capitol Chevrolet and Brian Gjesvold and Jeff Knee. As a matter of fact they are the two reasons why I choose to service my GMC Denali atCapitol Chevrolet. These guys are far superior to anyone I have ever met in a vehicle service department. I am comparing them to Mercedes, Cadillac, and BMW service departments. Brian is the service writer that sets the standard for others to follow. Regardless of the workload, he always makes you feel like you are his only customer! When Jeff Knee does a job on my vehicles, I always know it is done right the first time, and the vehicle comes back to me in the same condition as I when I turned it in, no fingerprints and no damage, etc! I can honestly say, I have to continue buying GM products so I can continue to deal with these two guys! More
