Awesome Service Advisor I came in with my 2010 Chevy Cobalt, with my check engine light on. Before I even entered the building, Andrae was very nice and helpful. When I dropped off my car, I was able to get a ride to campus and back up to the store. Even when I had to go back, he took care of me from beginning to the end. "Customer Service at The Next Level" I took my Camaro in today for service. Not only was I in and out with in an hour, I was treated courteously and with much care and concern. Andrea Jiles, along with his team was attentive and made sure they completed the work with in an hour. They also detailed the car, which made me even happier because it looked like it did when I purchased it on April 13, 2015. This is one more example of the quality service at Capitol Chevrolet. It is hard to believe that people can be so nice and caring. Mr. Jiles is the best. He really makes you feel special but after reading the other comments, I realize he treats everyone with dignity, kindness, and respect. I felt like my car was the only car at Capitol Chevrolet today. They opened up just for my business. :-) They specialize in personalized care! I am still a happy customer! More
