Tire problem I have usually asked for Chris Kynard when I bring my truck in for service. I told Chris that I had a thumping problem in the left front tire and was I have usually asked for Chris Kynard when I bring my truck in for service. I told Chris that I had a thumping problem in the left front tire and was looking for the problem but could not find anything wrong. Chris pointed out the problem right away as the tire had sunk in and luckily had not blown out on me while driving. I had a new set of tires replaced that day. Thanks to Chris this was great customer service. More

Excellent and professional service with loaner TAHOE ! I have been doing business with Capitol Chevrolet for many years (10 + ) and my service advisor, Brian Gjesvold, is absolutely the BEST advisor I have I have been doing business with Capitol Chevrolet for many years (10 + ) and my service advisor, Brian Gjesvold, is absolutely the BEST advisor I have ever dealt with by far ! Not only does he listen to my "picky complaints", he treats me like he really appreciates my business. While most of my repairs are Under Warranty ( some have not been, I like to spend my money where I know someone does appreciate it. In this past service case, they were working on a small out of balance tire issue with my NEW 2015 Tahoe. He took the time to not only get all tires FULLY tested / balanced / indexed, etc... (hence a loaner Tahoe for one day) and even said that I would get a NEW tire if needed. Now my 2015 Tahoe rides as smooth as glass. Thank you Brian ! More

Excellent service. Late repair request handled in 2 hours In the middle of Heat advisory weather my a/c went out for the third time this summer Rather than take it back to my local mechanic I decided to go t In the middle of Heat advisory weather my a/c went out for the third time this summer Rather than take it back to my local mechanic I decided to go to the dealer. I called and spoke with Service Consultant Brian Gjesvold shortly after noon. Brian understood my situation immediately and offered to guarantee diagnostics that day with repair the following day if work backed up the mechanics. I arrived at the dealer within twenty five minutes. The dealer provided me a shuttle home. Fifteen minutes later I was advised of the problem with the a/c and approved the repair. One hour later Brian advised me the repair was complete for less than the quoted price. The shuttle picked me up and took me to Capitol Chevrolet. I paid the bill, Brian brought the car around and I was home in a little over two hours from the initial call. Outstanding service by mechanic and service consultant. Quick efficient service by cashiers. Everyone polite and helpful. Very pleased. More
