You not only called back in the service technician who went home for the day but were so kind and courteous. Can you move to Nashville and work at the dealership there!? Traveling for vacation and experienced A/C problems suddenly. Searched internet for nearest GM dealer and found Capitol. Very courteous and prompt. Kept me informed as to and experienced A/C problems suddenly. Searched internet for nearest GM dealer and found Capitol. Very courteous and prompt. Kept me informed as to what was going on and what the problems were. They took care of the immediate problem but also told me that I should have a thorough check when I got home. I appreciated their help and did not feel pressured to do additional services of any kind and certainly didn't feel they tried to take advantage of a family stuck on the road traveling. Mr. Andrae Jiles was the first person I came in contact with. I spoke with him on a friday and I came in on the following Monday. Just by speaking with Mr. Jiles via telephone, I knew I would become a customer of Capital Chevrolet. The customer service I experienced from this young man was stupendous. Every concern I had with my vehicle was carefully noted. If I had any questions at any time, Mr. Jiles was available. It was very refreshing to come into a dealership and not become just another number. I was so pleased with the level of concern that this young man had for each and every issue I expressed to him.
