I explained to Mr. Jiles that I was from Miami and Mr. Jiles greeted me immediately upon me walking in to have a quick fluid and tire pressure check. I explained to Mr. Jiles that I was from Miami and I was set to get on the road for a business trip. Mr. Jiles was very professional and took my vehicle right in. The vehicle check was done in less than ten minutes and Mr. Jiles sent me on my way with an good ole Alabama hug. Now that was a great southern hospitality experience.
