We drove back from visiting friends in AL. and saw your Capital Chevorlet sign, decided to go in and was extremely impressed with the apperance and friendlyness of your sales staff. He showed us your inventory of cars that was what we were looking for (SUV) and he went out of his dealership to find a RED Edquinox that we wanted, it had to be Red. Which seemed to be no problem for this energetic young man. He saw to our every need. And he did it in record time for us. Also, Bill Kissingger, the man that gave us the instructions of the ins and outs of our vehcile did a wonderful job of getting us to understand the great features of the Equinox. We enjoy this vehicle every day. We love On Star feature. Also, Chevrolet should be proud of the friendlyness of your entire staff. Coming into Capitol Chevrolet, I was kindly greeted by Mr. Davis. He showed me the vehicle I requested to see and did so professionally and quite helpfully. He even told me about a special program for college graduates that I qualified for through my bank. Even, the loan officer at the credit union failed to tell me about the program but Mr. Davis did, and it was a HUGE help. He and Mr. Geddings got together and were able to speak with my bank, get me financed under the program, and for an unbelievable rate. Mr. Geddings handled several negotiations with the credit union and was able to assist me in securing the loan. I truly can't thank Mr. Davis and Mr. Geddings enough for their help and I will never forget this experience. More
