I am rating this dealership based on our experience with one employee. Roosevelt Watkins saved my life this week, literally. Mr. Watkins said he was a retired firefighter and knew what to do...and he did. He performed the Heimlick on me successfully. I cannot tell you how we thank him for his caring attitude, professional manner and overall knowledge. Our hope is that he is recognized in such a way that would be rewarding to him, in his own way. The manager and finance teal are crooks as well. xxxx Crooks sold me a 2011 Nissan that they knew was tore up... Over a 1,000 to fix just the AC unit. You see I serve a mighty big God and He does repay those who harm His faithful people! I can name at least 12 people who have paid for what they did to me either by something aweful as cancer, automobile accident, etc.... God does NOT tolerate people messing with His people. Watch these crooks they will find a way to sucker even the wisest. NEVER tell them your credit score or what kind of vehicle you're looking for etc... They take notes on EVERYTHING you say and build from that to sucker you. They will lie to you like a dog and tell ya your credit rating is lower than what it really is sothat they can charge you extra interest than what the bank charges and they slip papers in under other papers for you to sign with you not knowing.... MY personal advise after just recently being screwed by Capitol Chevolet and Chysler Dodge in Dothan, AL... TAKE THE CONTRACT PAPERWORK TO YOUR ATTORNEY and watch how they slither like a snake with every reason in the world for you not to do that. xxxx is and will be full of liars like these pros!!! More
