The service was not prof. took app.told me I was approved took down payment picked up truck drove to take care of business 1 mon later called told me I was not Approved. Went back sent contract to another loan comp.told them I was self employed which I told them I ccould not drive truck any more because of medication. Told me to tell loan company that i was still self employed. I told loan company I couldn't drive commercialy. I also explained the reason the loan company told dealer that I didn't want the truck.Which i feel was a lie I explained I was not self employed anymore. I then took truck back the GM then had a employ take truck on test drive with my wife in truck tried to intimadate by driving wreckless slamming on brakes speeding up truning corners wrecklessly.My wife has neck fused together has pain in neck I have to take her to emergency room. GM and employees were rude the reasn they could not get the loan through was there not telling the truth on loan apps. They in turn charged me $1049.80 mileage. When I left in Feb. with truck I was under the impression the truck was already mine and finaced. I don'y fell that they had the right to charge me.Or to take truck on test drive with my wife in truck. More
