We had to take our VW Beetle in fro a recall regarding its air bags. Dustin Wheeler is the service person who assisted us in setting up the appointment and assisted us onsite. I was completely satisfied with the repair and the car was ready in the time frame promised. I rated it Good because it took us 30 minutes to drop off the car in the service area. We travel 2 hours to get there and planned to drop the car off and do other things but we had to stand around for 30 minutes just to hand the keys to Dustin. I cannot fault him, he was the only person in the service area and was frantically busy with other customers. No one else offered to help or ask why we were standing around More
