I've been going to VW's customer service for 2 years and they are extremely friendly, very helpful and the technicians are good at fixing whatever problem I maybe having. We were just started vacation, driving from Texas to Key West. We started having minor transmission problems and stopped for the night. The next day we called the Tallahassee location and asked if they woul West. We started having minor transmission problems and stopped for the night. The next day we called the Tallahassee location and asked if they would have time to look at the SUV. Mr. Clifton said to stop by. About 10 minutes out we called back to give our ETA. Mr. Clifton was waiting on us. He immediately took the SUV to have it inspected, then came back to fill out the paperwork. They checked for software updates, fluid levels and made sure all linkages were properly aligned. Since we could not stay for transmission work, they made sure the vehicle was safe to drive and the issue will not result in further damage. Our down time due to their quickness was about 1 hour. We found this to be a very professional and courteous experience. More

I went to the mercedes benz of tallahassee dealership and they said they were too busy to refill my freon. Patrick promptly returned my initial calls and was very helpful in checking for a part (knob to adjust outside mirrors) and scheduling an appointment. When I brought the car in the next morning, I met Moses, who was very friendly, and competently answered all of my questions. He also told me that there were refreshments and coffee, and to make myself comfortable while I waited. It was raining hard and a young man, whose name I don't know, ran out to get the car for me. Another wonderful person (Alise?) worked at the desk when I paid the bill. Everyone I came in contact with, especially Moses, made me feel welcome and I in turn felt that my car was in excellent hands. They also washed and vacuumed it, which was a really nice touch.
