My service advisor, Cameron Clifton, always informs me of the status of my vehicle, from road testing to washing. Since I have had several issues with my car lately and live out of town (about 85 miles), Cameron sent a courtesy car to me and picked mine up so I would not be inconvenienced (not to mention the courtesy car was a new 2014 Porsche Cayenne!) Snaps for Cameron :) He really makes me feel like I am his only customer and that my needs are his top priority. He always goes above and beyond. I have been there for lots of services and he has always been friendly and offered good customer service, both during the warranty period and after. He is very knowlegable about cars. He's always listened to my descriptions of whatever problem I'm having and has not made me feel like some female that doesn't know what she is talking about; so, I have not felt like I needed to have my husband take off work to be there. The same for recommended repairs. I've never thought that I was told I needed something done that didn't need to be done. Cameron has been good about fitting me in if something came up that I thought needed checking out right away. If I have had to leave the car overnight, he has arranged for a rental car. He always explains what needs to be done and what they have done. If something shows up during a service that needs to be done and is not what I had it in for, he calls and gives me the price for the additional work before doing it. I have been satisfied with all work done. I would think about getting another Volvo in part because of my experiences with Cameron and the technicians that work on my car. More

Our Audi S5 was damaged (sideswiped while fueling the car) while traveling from Atlanta to Sarasota FL. The vehicle drivers side tire was sliced and the front bumper was ripped away from the car making t car) while traveling from Atlanta to Sarasota FL. The vehicle drivers side tire was sliced and the front bumper was ripped away from the car making the car undrivable. I was towed to the dealership from Valdosta GA on Saturday March 30th. The service department was closed so I left the car with a note in the service department envelope with the keys. !st thing Monday morning (7:45AM) Cameron contacted me and we discussed getting the car road worthy so I could drive it back to Atlanta by Wednesday April 2nd. Cameron was in constant contact with me and repaired the car so that | was able to safely return to Atlanta. Not only did he & his tech's make the car roadworthy they made it look almost as if nothing had happened to it. Cameron also supplied me with a dealership courtesy car pick up at the rental car return at the Tallahassee Regional Airport. I can not stress enough how appreciative I am to Cameron and his team they made what started out seeming hopeless possible. Thank you, so very much Cameron and the service department team and the courtesy shuttle driver you all went above and beyond to see that I was able to safely return home to Atlanta. I've never had anything go wrong with my car, excluding regular wear and tear and maintenance. And I believe it has been Cameron's attentiveness to me as a customer that widely contributed to that. As a woman, that means a lot. We are not always treated with such respect and attention. He's a great facilitator/representative/customer service for this dealership. thank you More
