My 911 was serviced properly and within guidelines of Porsche automobiles of my auto. The Service Advisor, a Mr. Cameron Clifton was very courteous and helpful, made me feel like a valued customer, took time to answer my questions and kept me informed about the timing, work performed and any issues, et cerera by way of emails and telephone calls. Mr. Clifton and the mechanic (Sam) are examples of what customer service is meant to be. More

New S60 Service On May 2, I purchased a 2015 S60. After inspection, we were notified that a part needed to be ordered. After the part came in, the service was compl On May 2, I purchased a 2015 S60. After inspection, we were notified that a part needed to be ordered. After the part came in, the service was completed, then a couple days later, the check engine light was back on. I called and spoke with Cameron Clifton and explained what had happened. The issue I had was that in two days I was going out of town and I had no time to bring the car to the dealership. We live 1 1/2 hours from the dealership. Cameron quickly came up with a solution and sent someone to retrieve my car and I was provided with an loaner. The issue was diagnosed but the part was on back order. Cameron once again came through with a rental car until my car was ready. The car is now fixed and the service I received was above and beyond what I had expected. Also, would like a shout out to our Salesman Michael Felton. The day we purchased the car, he was very patient with us as we test drove multiple cars and stayed until we hours to complete the purchase. He even helped wash the car since everyone had gone home! I think I have found my dealership! More

Michael Ludes miraculously had a set of Volkswagon lug bolts in his desk drawer. He was kind enough to give us two bolts, loan us a lug wrench from a new VW, and help retorque the rest of our lug bolts. His act of kindness kept our vacation moving along safely. Any time that little light comes on that says I need to have something checked, I call Dustin (I know nothing about a car except to drive). He usually will get me an appointment the next day or as soon as possible and fixes the problem or takes care of the maintenance. The waiting time to get the work done is reasonable, the waiting room is nice and ALL employes are nice and courteous. Dustin always explains the work to be done and the cost involved. To sum it up, I would say that my experience at this service center has been "satisfaction guaranteed". More
