Saved me from bad service I had an insurance claim from an accident and the body shop that I used outsourced their mechanical work to a horrible mechanic shop. I have used Capital Eurocars many times in the past for service on this Audi and other Audis that I have owned, and insisted that the car be towed there. Ryan assisted me with my insurance company (USAA) and even the body shop for payment. I will now use Capital Eurocars for all service from this point on and will even have my mother (who also drives an Audi) use them as well in the future because of this experience. More

The pressure is on! We were a week away from a visit to see my 91 year old aunt.....when a strange light came on the dash! I looked up what it meant and my heart sank. " We were a week away from a visit to see my 91 year old aunt.....when a strange light came on the dash! I looked up what it meant and my heart sank. "Go to the nearest VW dealer ASAP! This can't be happening! We took our car the next morning, which was a Tuesday. So our journey began. Mr. Wheeler kept us updated very step of the way, calling us sometimes twice a day or more if needed. He knew we were leaving and did his best to put our car back on the road. But, the weekend was soon upon us without our car. He made it possible for us to get a rental for our trip. I was able to see my aunt for her birthday, which was very special for me. We returned to find our car repaired and ready for us to pick it up. A BIG thank you to Mr. Wheeler and all who made our experience a pleasure. More

The service was efficient and comprehensive, but, most importantly, Ryan took his time to explain everything to us and help us make the service time as painless as possible. After our service, with which we were very happy, my husband and I realized we had left our baby stroller behind in the loaner car. Ryan went above and beyond his job and helped us to locate the stroller. We were so thankful. It was quite refreshing to have such a smooth -- dare I say pleasant -- experience with car service.
