Despite how very busy he was, he spent as much time as necessary on my Jetta and involved other techs to resolve the issue in a convenient time frame. Tommy Waigand, one of the managers, didn't hesitate to give me a great loaner vehicle which was very helpful. When I got my car back, Dustin explained everything they did and the outcome thoroughly. My car was was also washed for me. Several days later when I was in the dealership, Dustin saw me and again, even though he was very busy, he took a minute to stop me and ask how my car was doing. Super great customer service at the dealership everytime! More

Made the absolute right choice. Cameron Clifton, besides being exceptionally knowledgeable with these cars is also the master of patience with my many questions concerning the operation and care of my car. Besides doing the needed services of an oil change, brake service, starter replacement and horn replacement, he spent considerable time taking me bumper-to-bumper with explanations on how my car worked and how to get the best out of it. And, yet again when I came back the next time. You own a Porsche, the maintenance can be costly. But, with these techs, you can be sure that you get what you pay for. 5 stars and highly recommend!!
